DO YOU OFFER GROUP COACHING?

Yes, occasionally group coaching programs will be offered. If you'd like to be added to the list for upcoming group programs, please let me know.

WHAT SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY COACHING CALL?

Our call will be over Zoom or Telegram.
Please be in a quiet space, free from distractions. Having a way to take notes can be great as insights arise and you choose fun and easy action steps.

HOW IS COACHING DIFFERENT FROM COUNSELING OR THERAPY?

Coaching is present and future oriented, focusing on ways the client will manifest their goals. Coaching does not provide psychological treatment or any form of diagnosis. Combining coaching with therapeutic treatment can be very effective.
