MY STORY
My path to holistic coaching didn't follow a straight line — and I think that's exactly what makes me the coach I am today.
In 2009, I stepped away from a career in hotel and events marketing to do something that felt a little wild: see the world. Over the years that followed, I lived and worked in places as different as Thailand, South Africa, and Nicaragua — and no matter where I landed, the throughline was always the same. I was at my best when I was connecting with people and supporting them through something.
Then in 2018, a debilitating injury stopped me in my tracks. What began as a painful limitation became one of the most transformative seasons of my life. With movement restricted, I turned inward — deepening my meditation and mindfulness practices, working with gifted practitioners, and diving headfirst into thousands of hours of research and self-study spanning trauma, chronic illness, spirituality, food systems, quantum physics, and more. As my body slowly healed, something shifted in how I understood well-being — not as the absence of struggle, but as a whole-life practice most of us were never taught.
That realization lit a fire in me. I wanted to help others access what I had found — not by handing them answers, but by walking alongside them as they discovered their own.
I trained as a coach through the Wisdom of the Whole Coaching Academy and hold two nationally recognized credentials: the National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and the International Coaching Federation Certified Coach (ICF-CC). I also hold a faculty position at Wisdom of the Whole, where I mentor emerging coaches — a role I find deeply meaningful. I'm currently completing my yoga teacher training with a focus in somatic breathwork (pranayama).
Since opening my practice in 2020, I've had the privilege of coaching over 300 individuals across an incredibly diverse range of backgrounds, goals, and life stages. I continue to grow through my own personal work, continuing education, and the occasional new adventure.
It is my greatest honor to do this work — to walk with people as they step into their own potential, in whatever area of life is calling for their attention.

DO YOU OFFER GROUP COACHING?
Yes, occasionally group coaching programs will be offered. If you'd like to be added to the list for upcoming group programs, please let me know.
WHAT SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY COACHING CALL?
Our call will be over Zoom or the telephone.
Please be in a quiet space, free from distractions. Having a way to take notes can be great as insights arise and you choose fun and easy action steps.

HOW IS COACHING DIFFERENT FROM COUNSELINGÂ OR THERAPY?
Coaching is present and future oriented, focusing on ways the client will manifest their goals. Coaching does not provide psychological treatment or any form of diagnosis. Combining coaching with therapeutic treatment can be very effective.
